Sorry I am the one delivering the news. But it is CRYSTAL CLEAR (once again) that NORIEGA is pulling a scam.
I fucking hate this happened... but it is true.
I am basing this on his messages and the actual customers on here that are posting their transactions (or lack of) with this lying asshole.
There is NO LEO with this guy. None. What. So. Ever.
He is just bullshitting with you guys. There is actually no reason for him to do this. He should make it "easier" on the people he fucked. Do what Tony did.
NOTHING.
I know that situation fucking sucked....but at least he had he decency to fuck everyone and leave.

This fucking loser actually came back in here and lied to you AGAIN.... and because all of you just wanted your package(s) ... you actually believed him. He pulled a selective scam in that way. I feel sorry when I read a lot of these messages from buyers who are writing to him as if he was telling the truth and your packages are on the way.
I read a couple post where a few guys actually "got it" and realize this fucking low life loser was only logging in to see how his disputes were going. You were not getting any PM's anymore because there was no need for him to lie anymore.
He came in here a week or so ago and made that TOTAL BULLSHIT post. When "you guys" read that... it gave you hope and of course since 90% of you are so paranoid about LE you guys actually bought his story. It made ZERO sense and I had a strong feeling he was just trying to buy time.
Please look at the actual facts that are available and you will clearly see he pulled a selective scam.He used the same technique as Tony did with a little USD thrown in. Obviously there are good vendors in coke,weed and acid.... that being said... I am still shocked any of you FE for anyone of these Vendors. The system that is in place as of today on SR is one where, if you FE you are setting yourself up to be fucked. There is just no need to FE.
There are certain situations where it makes sense. Very few though.
These vendors(Tony,Noriega and USD) have been here very little time( yes long is SR terms) to become "so trusted". I can't believe how many times I read"finalizing early for trusted vendor" in the feedback.
Yes I think it is nice to be a trusted vendor. Yes it is nice to get paid. But these vendors that tell you on there vendor page that they would like the money now so please finalize are idiots.If you as a vendor can not wait for 3-5 days to receive your coins then you are doing something wrong. And if your packages are taking longer then 5 days to get to your customers (USA to USA) then you need to contact me and learn how to ship!
But in truth, with the system that is in place now, there should be little trust. You should place your order. It should be shipped within 24 hours. And you should receive it within 5 days if you are in the USA. There should be very little exceptions. With these standards there is NO REASON TO FE. If a vendor can not wait for 5 days to get coin....FUCK HIM.
If the buyers would stop doing it for these type of vendors(or any other one) you would change the way these guys do business.That is just a fact.
I can tell you that in the vendors forum we have been talking for weeks about a better system for vendors. We have discussed everything from a lot more money for vendors accounts, to having a "double escrow" where when the buyer finalizes early for an item, the money then go's to a "SR escrow" and it not released until after the packages are confirmed received.
We all understand that things need to change. I believe it will. But I can tell you that YOU can change now. DO NOT FINALIZE EARLY. If a vendor has listing's and is requiring on every item he has... that you need to FE.... then stay away from them. It just does not make sense.
I am not blaming any buyer at all. This is 100% that fucking loser NORIEGA'S doing. But you have all been told in 100's of post by Mods and the owner of this site...

If you do and you get scammed it is your fault. Yes that is hard to read if you are someone that just lost $500 bucks.(or even $50) but it is a fact. There is even a warning message on the order page. So in truth none of you should even be bitching. You should be mad at yourselves for giving this loser your money with zero guarantee of a package.
We as vendors have to worry about buyers scamming us. Yes that is true. It is something that every vendor has to worry about. But with the system that is in place.... if you as a vendor ship your packages with DCN and you keep the proof... you will get your money. Yes it might go 20+ days but you will win. None of us want to wait that long but I believe it is part of the business. And truth be told if everyone used the escrow system like DPR has told everyone to use.... NONE OF THESE SCAMS COULD HAPPEN!!! That is just a fact!
Again I am very sorry to all of you that got fucked by this piece of shit. His name fits him. I hope he finds out he is HIV positive and on the way home from the clinic(a free one because he is a shit bag) he gets in a car accident and becomes paralyzed.
Please be smart next time and DO NOT FE!!!! If you don't.... you can not get scammed this way.

When ever I see finalize early all over a vendors page I pass it up, to me that usually means they have drug addiction problems themselves and can't hold on to money long enough to re-up without having people finalize or they just setting up a scam. I know some vendors say they need the money now to keep a constant supply but imo the logistics of keeping you a constant supply should have been sorted before you started vending. Just how I feel on the whole FE situation.

You can scam people as a buyer... I dont fe mind you but i understand why someone wouldnt want to send an ounce of weed to a brand new account. Whats keeping them from whining about "it didnt show up" till they get a 150 dollar ounce?

to be fair u had to FE with both them guys ,so unless u wanted to pay more or get lower quality u have to and if u were a regular of either u probably saved more in the 10 times u scored of them coz they charge much less and have better shit and as soon as they left all the other vendors up prices ,any one who vends here will try and get free money when they leave who wouldnt
and i dont know what nor was doing but it dont add up ,he priced him self out of new sales after 4/20 and even said they wont be sent ,so why would someone in the middle of a scam do that its just wierd ,i do think he was scamming the yanks though
it wouldnt take the cops long to grab any vendor doing the amount nor or t were so he might of been busted or his score was busted and fuck knows why he would of come back and re paid a few ,why bother when if him and his score are still safe he could open a new account and be no1 vendor in 2 weeks anyway ,

I've been here for a little over 4 months, and am pretty much a Silk Road and forum addict. I think anyone who's been a member for a while and spends a good amount of time reading the forums will agree that scammers tend to follow certain patterns, a good example described in the post above... And you see the fucking pattern, mention it in the forums. It's easy enough to be tactful, and without using the word "scammer", simply point out an observation and let others draw their own conclusions. The reality is this: Good vendors have their shit together for the most part, and will be honest about it if they don't.
Even if a vendor has no intent to pull a scam you can still get fucked by finalizing early, because when shit hits the fan in real life, you better believe that Silk Road is gonna be the first item kicked to the bottom of a vendor's priority list. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, and I can even think of one or two just off the top of my head, but the odds are not in your favor that you'll remain a priority.
A good analogy is insurance... When money gets tight, it's one of the first bills to not get paid. People don't INTEND to not pay the monthly premium. They don't INTEND to let their policy lapse. But their priorities change, and they allocate their available resources to where they are most needed.
Don't finalize early. Just don't fucking do it! Stick to this one, simple rule and you will never be scammed, nor will it matter if you are simply forgotten.

Whatever man - I don't see it happening - and it's not because I have money involved, cause I don't - Min has been selling since topix, and I've never heard a single case of him ripping anyone off, years and years. He has explained the situation. Give him some time. And I don't see him requiring FE? Only for international orders - where does he say domestic is required.
At this point, I think you should give him more than a day of being gone before calling him a scammer. While these other people didn't receive packages, I got mine in the same time period. I agree, something must be up, but he had the chance to take my money and told me to hold off.

All I am saying is this - and I won't say it again. I got a privnote from Min YESTERDAY. It said he is having operational issues. He said I could order, but he wouldn't recommend it now, and that he would get back to me when he figured all this out. He has a shitload of bitcoin stuck w/o being able to pull out for re-up. He also said that something is going on w/ international shipments being intercepted. His international shipping method is NOT standard. It may have been discovered.
If MIN were scamming - why didn't he take my 1k + order, which would have been outside escrow, as always? He would have said, fuck yea brother - we are good to go - send that coin.
We don't need to freak out over every situation. You need to all just relax. Participating on these forums was fun a few months ago - it's getting out of control recently. I agree, something is up w/ MIN, but I don't agree that he is scamming. I think half these accounts on here that have 1-10 posts are the same people mixing up shit, maybe LE, maybe just jackasses. Very lame.

FE is all about vendors not willing to accept SR's jurisdiction and resolving system. They want to be the ones who decide who gets how much or how little. The "cashflow" argument is a pure lie. Vendors have the possibility to get bitcoins advances from SR immediately when an order has been placed and put in escrow.
For me vendors asking for FE are greedy at best or plotting a scam in the worst case. If they want to save the 5% or whatever it is they have to pay for advances against escrow they either don't need the advance or are too greedy to take it.
At the end of the day it is about enforcing their own refund/reship rules and nullifying SR's say in cases of disagreement with customers. I don't need that.

Weird thing is I actually received half of my 4/20 order from noriega, as did a few other people.
I guess it was probably just him sending out a few packages to buy time and win his appeals or whatever. But the fucking asshole, comes on here and says that everyone that bought coke is getting a reship then he goes rogue for another week.

I wonder why he logs on here every day, and why he made a half assed effort to pay ANYONE back? Probably to win his appeals as far as escrow goes, but you would think that those are done by now...I dont get it, but Ive pretty much given up hope. Im thinking he will join up as someone else, or its possible he already has another account here. It definitely sucks...but on the bright side, it actually made me get off my ass and find a decent contact locally..haha
